Brainnotes Terms of Use

These terms and conditions apply to the Brainnotes app for mobile devices and related services operated by Ademola Kevin Bello. By downloading or using the application, you agree to these terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the application except where applicable law expressly permits it. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the application remain the property of Ademola Kevin Bello or the relevant rights holders.

The application is provided as a freemium service. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time. If charges apply to any part of the service, they will be presented clearly before you are asked to pay.

Brainnotes stores and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access credentials. Using jailbroken or rooted devices may affect the app's functionality and security.

Third-party services

The application may rely on third-party services that have their own terms, including:

• Expo
• Sentry
• RevenueCat
• PostHog

Connectivity and device responsibility

Some features require an active internet connection provided either by Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The application may not function correctly if connectivity is unavailable or limited. You remain responsible for any data charges, roaming fees, or other charges imposed by your network provider while using the app.

You are also responsible for keeping your device charged and operational. If your device becomes unavailable, access to the service may be interrupted.

Availability and updates

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the application useful and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. You may need to install updates to continue using the application properly, and the operator does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with every operating system version or device.

Termination

Access to the application may be suspended or terminated at any time if the service is discontinued or if continued access is no longer offered. If that happens, you must stop using the application and, where appropriate, delete it from your device.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
